Our Policy
No worries ~ Looking for a change? Try someone new at Hue. We work as a team and together we encourage our guests to experience all the talent our entire team has to offer. When you are happy leaving Hue, we know you’ll be back.
Cancellation Policy/ Children ~ As a courtesy to our team and our guests, appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for the full amount of the scheduled appointment. We also require children under the age of twelve, not receiving services, to wait patiently in the reception area for the safety of themselves and others.
Product Refunds ~ If you are not fully satisfied with the performance of any TiGi product purchased from Hue, you may return it for a full refund. Kerastase products purchased from HUE may be returned to Kerastase for a full refund with receipt. Electrical devices accompanied by a receipt will be exchanged only within thirty days of purchase.
Gratuity ~ Our price list does not include gratuity, which is both appropriate and greatly appreciated.
Gift Cards ~ Gift Card purchases are non-refundable, but are transferable.
Rewards Cards ~ Reward Card Points are not transferable and are rewarded only to the bearer of the card. |
